A lot has happened in the last few weeks, ever since the last “Collage” update on these pages.
Things are now so bad that practically everyone talks about, and acknowledges the fact that America is involved and is an active participant, in the war in Ukraine, and is battling Russia at the Russian border.
The talking heads still don’t use the word “direct” but keep on talking about a proxy war.
But they know already that we’re well past the point of no-return when it comes to “proxy wars” i.e. they know internally that America is fighting Russia pretty much directly now.
Even someone like Scott Ritter, who doesn’t want to be overly dramatic had to ‘go there’ and set out the exact crisis which is developing:
“Russians know what’s going on. They know this is NATO intelligence and this is NATO command and control. The battle plan that we saw unleashed wasn’t drawn up by Ukrainian generals, it was drawn up by NATO generals. The logistic support plan is a NATO logistics support plan. The weaponry is NATO weaponry. Training is NATO training. [It’s also] not just the [foreign] mercenaries that you see on the battlefield, there is hundreds, if not thousands of contract military personnel [that] are working side-by-side with the Ukrainians [.] So this is a NATO army.” (Ritter on Kim Iversen, Sep 13, 2022)
By NATO, we’re talking “US”.
Incidentally, as we reported today (17 September 2022), Russian TV too is completely onboard and they say it straight: We’re fighting US/NATO.
So there is no question that we’re in a direct war— a direct war between Russia and the USA.
This channel (Telegram channel Hoc Est Bellum) and these pages, have been telling our small audience that this has been a direct war since 4 March 2022.
We’ve used this little blurb, which points to various posts of the Channel on Telegram to drive the point home:
🔥🔥🔥
As Shoigu said: 'America is running the Ukraine war.'
What has this channel said since 4 March 2022? This👇
🔥🔥🔥Yes, it's a #directWAR, a #hotWAR. Russians have repeatedly said this. There was a start date to this war: See #StartDateHotwar, 4 March 2022, when it was declared by Russia (see #RussiaUSinHotwar). This is #NOTaproxywar and America is directly fighting Russia in Ukraine on Russia's door-step (#USISNOTPROXY and has #BootsOnTheGround). Russia will conduct a #stage2, following a #Step11Incident or twin #Step20Event which will involve a #NukeExchange and could possibly constitute a #SurpriseAttack.
We’ve said from the beginning that a stage 2 will be necessary and Russia will undertake a stage 2 ‘military technical’ operation because its survival depends on it.
This is becoming even more urgent as:
the US is now attacking very high value targets in Ukraine e.g. just yesterday US sent “deadly HIMARS to the administration building of the Kherson region during a meeting of heads of administrations of city and municipal districts. There are dead and wounded”;
the US is now attacking Russia proper— Belgorod, where just 2 days ago on 15 September, ‘artillery strikes’ (possibly HIMARS strikes again) killed at least one civilian and cut the power to Valuyki, in the Belgorod Region;
There seem to be other attacks which are in play, for example multiple dead Russian gas and oil executives.
Putin is coming back from his SCO meeting in Uzbekistan, to convene emergency meetings where “retaliatory measures for strikes on Kherson, Luhansk, and the Belgorod region will be taken after Vladimir Putin returns to Russia.”
Then there is the US-encouraged crisis between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
Control of Armenia is important for the Americanists and so Azerbaijan is a tool being used to that end. Azeris help destabilize things.
Now you also have Iran and Turkey bringing in their militaries and deploying troops to the borders of Azerbaijan and Armenia respectively.
Iran says it’s ready to get into Azerbaijan if it perceives dangers to the integrity of the Iranian state (Azeris have Israeli bases, so now you know why Iran is interested).
At the last count there were at least 200 dead Armenians.
According to the #Iranian Telegram channel Miran Press, #Turkey and #Azerbaijan might invade #Armenia. The anticipated attacks will be from #Nakhchivan, towards #Yeraskh. The purple linee are the main conflict and the red lines are the sub-conflict.

Then there is the Serbia vs Kosovo problem and the flare up between Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstani, with exchanges already having taken place. Turkey’s threats to Greece are in amongst all this.
All these are problems for Russia and on its doorstep.
There is no doubt that America is responsible in one way or another.
Many have criticized Russia and Putin for not taking decisive action. Case in point, Paul Craig Roberts (#PCR) who said on September 15, 2022 that he in turn himself:
…was criticized as “blood-thirsty” by commentators incapable of strategic thought when I said that a limited operation would result in a wider war and more casualties to both sides than a swift conquest of Ukraine before the US and NATO had a chance to get involved. What Southfront calls the “unpredictable results” of the widening war will continue to prove me correct. Everyone who watched Washington’s limited involvement in Vietnam grow into a full-fledged long war should have known better than to repeat the folly. Apparently, the lesson escaped the Kremlin.
‼️...the US and NATO are already deep into the conflict...the odds seem to be in favor of a larger war‼️
So Putin is probably looking at some very serious stage 2, operations.
We’ve talked about all those for a long time in Telegram. Here are some links:
Putin will do the ‘calculated’ thing (a kind of a stage 2 constituting a slow or indeed an explosive surprise attack on some American asset or even US proper), probably, because if he doesn’t play his chess game properly, then Russia will be in a war situation where it will destroy, but at the same time it will suffer a lot of destruction itself.
Putin can also use the opportunity to take on heretofore unforeseen ‘opportunities’, like Turkey! As we’ve explained before:
In a nutshell, whatever decision Putin takes, a nuclear exchange (#NukeExchange), whether it is one-side or two/multi-sided, is coming.
As it’s been said before, President Putin has a great responsibility. The future of the world rests on his decision.
"Godspeed to you, Vladimir Vladimirovich! The destiny of Russia and the mankind is in your hands"....get your house in order.
